Short Ribs

Our Wagyu Short Ribs are so tender, they practically fall off the bone. This cut is surprisingly meaty, features the fat marbling you expect from wagyu, and is high in collagen. When braised, these short ribs are incredibly tender meat and create a rich sauce. The sauce can then be used for a great tasting gravy for a side of mashed potatoes.
