Arm Roast

You may not be familiar with this particular cut of beef, but we promise you have eaten it. The Arm Roast is taken from the chuck ( near the shoulders of the cow), and is full of great flavor. Like other cuts from the Chuck, the Arm Roast is best prepared with "low and slow" techniques that tenderize the meat.
