Brisket (Point Half)

As with all of our quality Wagyu meat, the Brisket has that signature marbling and rich flavor perfect for your next competition cook off or backyard smoker with the family gathered around. Most of our briskets are cut in half and this half will contain the point end of the brisket. Whole briskets are available as well if needed.
